Loading your container
Welcome to EMARK TIRES, We deal on Top Brand New and Used Tires of all sizes, Our Management can ship to more than 45 Countries in the World. However, below is our purchase procedure for distance buyers, We have more than 80.000 used tires in stock, so please send us an email with your requirement and we will assign an agent to attend to you. After Placing your order with us, we will load your tires a container and we take pictures that we can send you later on, along with the final list of loaded tires. Our Payment Terms is Negotiable and we accept L/C (Letter of Credit), T/T Telegraphic Transfer and Cash on site after inspecting your goods.
STEP 1 Place your order
After checking our stocks, please send us an e-mail with your order and requirements. Double Check your list before sending it to us.
STEP 2 Proforma - invoice
-Our Price list will be sent to you, Note Our Management offers Great Discount to bulk buyers. After confirming the Prices,
-We will send you a proforma-invoice / quotation according to your request and our availability.
STEP 3 Confirmation deposit
To confirm your order you will be required to make the payment following any of the Above mention payment terms (L/C or T/T)
The payment needs to be made only to our Company Head Quater, by Telegrapic Bank Transfer or Letter of Credit from a Renounce Bank, after we confirm your payment, we will confirm your order.
STEP 4 Container booking
While we are arranging your order, we will let you know the estimated date of loading, Which will be within 5 working days. so you can book the container in case of FOB purchases, but if your order is CIF, we will take care of everything. Our Management will invite the Third party Verification Team be it the SGS Inspection Team or Bureau Veritas to check and confirm the Tires Quality before Loading. We have also sign partnership with the following renounce logistic companies to ship our clients goods at a cheaper rate.
STEP 5 Loading your container
All containers are loaded within 8 Hours. For Distance Buyers, your assigned agent has it as his or her responsibility to provide your with a Live Video coverage of the loading. We will load your tires in a container and we take series of pictures that we can send to you later on, along with the final list of loaded tires. We will once again send you the total cost and the instructions of how to complete your balance payment. We can load as follows:
Loading :1700 units as double units fit inside one 20ft container 2100 units as triple units fit inside one 20ft container 1800 units as single units fit inside one 40ft container 3000 units as double units fit inside one 40ft container 4000 units as triple units fit inside one 40ft container
STEP 6 Final payment
Before Making the Final Payment, Our Management will send you the Complete Shipping documents and a Tracking number, Which you can use to track your Shipment. We will send you all the original BL, final invoice and any other documentation that you may require Via DHL or FEDEX, But Before payment, we will send you scan copy of the following documents and Tracking number to track your shipment online. The Following documents will be sent to you Via DHL.
1- B/L= 3 ORIGINAL PLUS 3 COPIES
2- PACKING LIST = 2 ORIGINAL + 3 COPIES3
- COMMERCIAL INVOICE = 2 ORIGINAL + COPIES 4
- SGS REPORT6
- CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN = 1 ORIGINAL + 3 COPIES7
- P/I = 1 ORIGINAL + 2 COPIES
STEP 7 You receive your tires
Depending on the final destination it may take from a couple of week to a 5 to 6 weeks until you receive your tires. Our Management takes full responsibility of any Rejected Tire if at all the is any.
